Whenever I get a good idea, I Google it and quickly learn that a bunch of people have already thought of it.
We can’t selectively feel our emotions. If we try to block out sadness and anger, we also block out love and happiness.
Writing/journaling helps me to process my thoughts and feelings. It helps me to really get to know myself. And at times, it feels like I am having a meaningful conversation with one of my best friends.
I am no longer afraid of dying, but at times, I am afraid of losing my life. And those are two very different things. I love my life, and I love that I am getting to spend my life with all of you.
