We often search for and ruminate over what is wrong with us. We should also see and appreciate what is right with us.

Your ancestors are proud of you.

When something happens externally, consider what you can internally learn from it.

Adversity is ultimately good for you.

Whatever you do and however you do it, know that you are always on your spiritual path. Remember, everything is part of the path. Remember, everything is sacred.

The treasure you seek is within. Dig deeper.

Step out of the shadows of a life lived in the shallows. Walk with the light into the depth of life.

Sometimes an absence is a presence and sometimes a presence is an absence.
