A little awareness can turn anything into a meditation.

For me, seeking wellness means striving to have a strong and balanced body (relative to your circumstances and limitations), a clear and open mind, and a full and free spirit.

When I have a problem I am struggling to solve, I like to take a break from it and take a walk, and then, usually, the solution comes to me all on its own.

You don’t have to go far to travel.

Going for a walk is never a waste of time.
