Once in a while, we should consider whether or not the things we say, write, and think still seem to be true to us. Evaluate your thoughts and words. Embrace what still seems true to you. Evolve when something no longer seems true to you.
Experiencing a severe illness is humbling. Be grateful for your good health. It is not something to be taken for granted.
When you feel a little motivation to do something positive, if possible, do it right away. Your motivation will only decrease if you wait.
